The short version

Sohgrow.com is a static marketing site. It doesn't have accounts, doesn't run analytics or advertising trackers, and doesn't set tracking cookies. The only thing we store on your device is your light/dark theme choice, kept locally in your browser — it's never sent to us. The only personal data that reaches us is whatever you choose to put in an email.

Who we are

Sohgrow Ltd ("Sohgrow", "we", "us") operates sohgrow.com. For any privacy question, contact info@sohgrow.com.

What we collect

• Contact emails. The Contact page lists contact@sohgrow.com, support@sohgrow.com and info@sohgrow.com as plain mailto: links. There is no contact form on this site — nothing you type is captured, stored, or transmitted by sohgrow.com itself. If you email us, that message is handled like any other email, under our email provider's own terms, and we keep it only as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business record-keeping.
• Theme preference. If you switch between light and dark mode, that choice is saved with localStorage in your browser. It stays on your device, is never transmitted to us, and is used for no purpose other than showing you the theme you picked on your next visit.
• Infrastructure logs. The site is served from AWS S3 and CloudFront. Like virtually all web infrastructure, CloudFront keeps standard access logs (IP address, request time, requested path, user agent) for security and operational troubleshooting. These logs do not include cookies, are not used for tracking or profiling, and are not shared with advertisers.

What we don't do

• No analytics or advertising trackers (no Google Analytics, no ad pixels, no cross-site tracking of any kind).
• No tracking cookies. The site sets no cookies at all.
• No third-party embeds that load on page view — fonts, scripts and images are all self-hosted, so visiting this site doesn't send your data to any third party by default.
• We don't sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing.

Your rights

If you've emailed us, you can ask us to tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it, at any time — email info@sohgrow.com and we'll handle it directly; there's no account or dashboard to manage this from. If you're in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO) if you think we've mishandled your data.

If what we collect or how we handle it changes, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above.
